What actually happens on the call
You talk first. Budget, borrowing position, what you're actually trying to build. That's most of the fifteen minutes.
I tell you straight if it stacks up. If you're not ready yet, you'll leave knowing exactly what to fix first, and it won't have cost you anything.
If it fits, we book a proper sit-down. Forty-five minutes, face to face, where I show you exactly how we'd approach your situation. Nothing gets signed until you've seen it all.
