After you pick a time

  1. You get a calendar invite and a text from me. Not a sequence, not a nurture campaign. If something comes up, reply to the text and we move it.
  2. I ring you at that time. Fifteen minutes, no slide deck, no screen share. You talk more than I do.
  3. If it fits, we book the sit-down. Forty-five minutes a few days later, with everyone who's deciding on it. If it doesn't fit, that's the end of it and you've lost a quarter of an hour.
