89% of Australian house markets are at or past peak. Here's the map.

Every one of the 452 council house markets we track, sorted by where it sits in the cycle as at July 2026. South Australia is 100% past peak, Victoria is the least peaked mainland state, and units are running a full cycle behind houses.
