Free ยท No pitch in the report, ever
When did you last check on your property?
Most investors buy, exhale, and never look at the numbers again. Rents drift under market. Suburbs change direction. Equity sits there doing nothing. We'll run a free written check-in on any investment property you own, whether we bought it or not.
Value & equity
Where the market has moved since you bought, and roughly what that means for your usable equity. Numbers, not vibes.
Rent reality check
What your suburb's typical rent is doing versus what you're charging. Under-market rent is the most common leak we find, and the easiest one to fix.
Suburb trajectory
Vacancy, demand and the supply pipeline for your suburb, right now. Markets change direction quietly. This is how you hear it early.
Free check-in
Tell us what you own.
Suburb and rough purchase year is enough to start. We do our annual check-ins for clients with a hard rule: the report states facts and never sells anything. Same rule applies here. To be clear, if the report says everything's fine, that's the whole interaction.
Fair questions
The catch, addressed properly.
What do I actually get?
A short written report per property: where the value has moved, what the rent should be versus what it is, the suburb's current vacancy and trajectory, and anything that looks off. Facts with sources, in plain English. Usually a few pages, not a novel.
What's the catch?
The honest version: some people who get a check-in eventually become clients, and most don't, and both outcomes are fine. The report itself contains no pitch, no recommendations to buy anything, and no follow-up sequence. If we see a genuine problem we'll name it, and what you do about it is your call.
I bought through another buyer's agent. Awkward?
Not for us. The data doesn't care who bought the property, and neither do we. If they did a good job, the report will say so.
How long does it take?
Within a week, usually faster. Each one is pulled by hand from the same data we use for client research, so it queues behind client work.
General information only, not financial advice. A check-in reports what the data says about your property and suburb; decisions about holding, selling or refinancing are yours to make with your own advisers.
